Louisiana bites back at 'W." ... ?

Apparently, not all stories about "W." are of the cops-and-filmmakers ilk. Nature got into the act while Oliver Stone's George W. Bush biopic was shooting here.

Here's an excerpt from USA Weekend: "During the filming in Shreveport, La., the set was intruded upon by snakes, including a 7-foot water snake and a poisonous copperhead, which bit a cameraman. On the lighter side, Josh Brolin, who plays Bush, found a puppy under his trailer and adopted it. The pup, christened Budrow, now lives with Brolin in Los Angeles."

I hope "Budrow" was a typo on the journalists part.

If you're going to name it something Louisiana sounding, you should spell it in a Louisiana way (i.e. Budreau).

Or maybe the dog is a poor speller and you've just pointed out his shortcoming to an entire nation of LaMovBloggers. Did you ever stop to think of that? Did you? No. Insensitive jerk. Poor pooch. I demand you apologize.

Come on, Evan. I know you've always been an open doggist. But it's time you reform yourself.

You're either part of the solution or part of the problem. What are you going to be, hmm? A doggist forever? Be brave. Make a change.

Be good to Budrow.

(I've decided to insult all readers of this blog in an effort to boost my hits. Beware.)

I was going to say the same thing!
Thats a shame.

Stay out of this, anonymous, or you'll be subject to my new policy of blanket attack!

You're lucky you didn't leave your name. If you had, everybody would know who is now standing in the same shameful puddle I left Evan in.

Who's next?!

Or perhaps Josh just needs another ass whipping because that's how we do it down here... Hey, did you catch his interview on Fresh Air on NPR tonight? The guy sounds intelligent not like someone who might wannnnnnnnt cops to mace him. Me thinks someone needs to sue someone. Don't mind me I'm watching "Forest for the Trees: Judi Bari vs. The FBI" and I'm a little fired up.

When stumped Google... Urban Dictionary says "...budrow is a slightly more sophisticated version of 'buddy'. Use it when you are doing vaguely pretentious things with your buddies and you do not want to besmirch the occasion with commoners' language. 'I'm so happy I've moved beyond yellow mustard. Pass the Grey Poupon, budrow.'"

I tried Googling "Kent Strange Posting Behavior To Boost Hits" but got nothing...

No more hits? Dang it! Policy of blanket attacks has now been abandoned.

Evan for President 2012.

Josh Brolin did a convincing Dubya, though he reminded me a lot of his cowboy character from No Country for Old Men... over all, i don't doubt that 'W.' will have the effect Oliver Stone desired
