Kevin Rahm takes on 'Desperate Housewives'

Actor Kevin Rahm (left), who has family and a spa in Shreveport, now finds himself working as a recurring character on "Desperate Housewives." He is the self-described "bitchy one" of the new gay couple, which is rounded out by Tuc Watkins.

The oddest anecdote from the interview, which I couldn't work in, was that the actors who play husbands park their cars in their on-screen spouse's parking spots. Intentionally sexist? Yes. Funny? Doubly yes.

So far, Rahm's character has battled Susan (Teri Hatcher) twice. Most amusingly, when she introduced herself and said she "watched a lot of cable" and that gay couples were "just great," Rahm (who plays Lee) smiled and retorted, "I hope we can live up to your stereotypes."

I have a small complaint that's been bugging me for a while now. I keep reading articles about Kevin owning a spa in town, but none of the articles mention WHICH spa?!?!? I'm sure Kevin wouldn't mind the name of the place being mentioned, as any business owner would be keen on expanding their client base. Is there a particular reason why the name of the place isn't being mentioned? If there is, the article shouldn've said so. I've been very curious about this, and can't for the life of me figure out why an entertainment/film reporter would choose to omit such an interesting local tidbit.
