For those who wonder where the Robinson Film Center Presents Series went, worry no more.The series debuted in November with "Half Nelson" and was designed to bring independent features to Shreveport-Bossier City. (Ones that would never get screened here, that is.) The series willl resume next month.
"Early February, we are bringing 'For Your Consideration,' the new Christopher Guest comedy," RFC's Chris Jay said. The date is not set. Expect an announcement early next week.
The screening will be at the Regal Cinemas at the Louisiana Boardwalk shopping ... thing. Tickets will be $7.50.
"This series has definitely not gone away," Jay said. "There will probably be six to eight of these in 2007."

Can't wait to see that! Loved "Waiting for Guffman" and "Best in Show" which were also directed by Christopher Guest.
